Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management and technology sales, with a proven ability to engage clients and drive business growth. This role involves both inside and outside sales responsibilities, focusing on account management, upselling, and territory management. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Manage assigned territories, ensuring all potential leads are pursued. * Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for business development. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management. * Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales management or a related field. * Strong skills in inside sales and outside sales techniques. * Experience in technology sales is preferred but not required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Familiarity with account management practices and territory management strategies. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts effectively. * A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and driving results.
