As an Outside Sales Consultant (Roof Inspector) , you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success by providing roofing and exterior improvement solutions to homeowners. You will conduct in-home inspections, assess customer needs, and deliver compelling presentations to help homeowners make informed decisions. Our ideal candidate is an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset. You must be comfortable working in residential environments, climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and inspecting attic spaces. A company vehicle is provided. Initial Training: * Comprehensive paid training program * 2 week classroom training with additional field training Key Responsibilities * Follow up on company-provided leads , complete bids, and close sales. * Conduct multiple in-home roofing and exterior inspections daily. * Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through the consultation process. * Deliver dynamic, company-approved presentations to educate and inform homeowners. * Maintain a professional and organized appearance, including vehicle and sales materials. * Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows. * Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, financing, etc.) is properly completed. * Adhere to company sales processes and best practices. Qualifications * In-home sales or home improvement sales experience preferred (roofing experience not required). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. * Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner. * Comfortable working on roofs, climbing ladders, and accessing attics. * Valid driver 's license with a clean driving record (background check required). * Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and iOS tools preferred. Schedule & Work Environment * Flexible weekly schedule with occasional evening and weekend (Saturday/Sunday) appointments * Regularly engaged in outside sales, requiring travel to customer locations. * Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
