LCS is seeking a curious, intuitive, and empathetic Sales Development Representative to support our Sales and Marketing departments in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Sales Development Representative you will focus on identifying and vetting new sales opportunities by uncovering customer needs. You'll be the first line of communication with both prospects and current customers within the sales organization. You will also cultivate a strong understanding of the sales process, research leads, create and build new business relationships, and set sales representatives up for success. If you're excited to showcase your ability to build lasting customer relationships, then apply today! * Responsibilities * Become an expert in the Rent Manager product line. * Develop a firm understanding of the sales process. * Create and execute innovative sales strategies. * Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects and finding new potential sales opportunities. * Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage them to move forward in the sales process. * Utilize cold calling, email techniques, and social media to generate new sales opportunities. * Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate solutions and next steps. * Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects and clients to qualify them as sales opportunities. * Document activity in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. * Meet monthly Sales Opportunity quotas.
