As a New Car Sales Representative, you will be the face of our dealerships, guiding customers through the car buying process, providing product knowledge, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. New Car Sales Representative Job Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive buying experience * Provide in-depth information about vehicles, including features, pricing, and financing options * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers * Follow up with potential leads and existing customers * Achieve and exceed sales targets * Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, and inventory New Car Sales Representative Benefits and Compensation This is a commissioned-based position with our average new car sales representative making roughly $75,500 annually. Our highest paid performers make over $300,000 annually. New Car Sales Representative Qualifications * Previous sales experience is preferred but not required * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong customer service orientation * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Self-motivated with a drive to succeed * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
