Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage customer insurance accounts. * Assist customers with policy changes, applications and renewals. * Handle customer concerns and policy questions. * Train and mentor customer service representatives. QUALIFICATIONS: * 3+ years of experience in customer service, * Property and Casualty Insurance License Required * State Farm Office Experience a Plus * No evenings and No weekends
