We're looking for dynamic, outgoing, and goal-driven individuals to help rent properties within our in- house property management portfolio scattered across the city. What You 'll Do * Assist prospective renters in finding their ideal apartment * Conduct showings, answer inquiries, and guide clients through the leasing process * Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and management companies * Use provided leads to build a strong pipeline of rental transactions What We 're Looking For * Valid Illinois Residential Leasing Agent License or Broker License (must be active before applying) * At least 2 years of real estate experience (leasing, brokerage) * Strong communication & customer service skills * Professional appearance and attitude * Reliable, presentable vehicle with insurance * Comfortable working on a commission-only basis * A working cell phone and laptop * Ability to pass a criminal background check Compensation This role is 100% commission-based, which is standard in the industry. While commission can seem intimidating, our strong lead flow, training, and support make it easier to hit the ground running.
