Position: Apartment Leasing Trainer * _Location:_* The Monastery (Corporate Office) - Mt. Adams, OH * _Scheduled Hours:_* Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm * _Pay Rate:_* $22 - $24/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus incentives * Note: This position requires travel, including occasional overnight stays to various communities and offices. Who You Are: * More than a year of property management experience. * Yardi software knowledge is required. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong planning and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proven presentation and facilitation skills. * A valid driver's license, auto-insurance, and reliable vehicle for work use. * Flexibility to travel as needed across our diverse portfolio. What You 'll Do: * Provide training and support for new hire Apartment Management and Yardi users, including backup training for other Towne Plus programs and community leasing support. * Assess training needs and create/update training materials to effectively train groups and individuals. * Create and maintain training schedules in accordance with changing business needs. * Gather trainee feedback to assess understanding and adjust training methods as needed. * Maintain training records and provide evaluations and feedback to trainees and management. * Document required procedures for each community and pursue continuing education to enhance property management knowledge and training skills. * Serve as the point of contact for Apartment Yardi and perform related support duties.
