Position Summary: We're seeking an ambitious and proactive Sales Hunter to join our team! As a Sales Hunter, your role is to seek out and identify new sales opportunities, generating leads and building a pipeline of potential clients. You'll close the sale and pass off the order fulfillment while providing support. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love the thrill of the hunt, and have a knack for spotting business opportunities, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: * Research and identify potential customers and business opportunities. * Cold call, email, and network to generate leads and initiate contact with prospective clients. * Qualify leads by assessing needs, budget, and decision-making processes. * Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients. * Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff and follow-up on qualified leads. * Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent Jakes Fireworks. * Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential business. * Provide regular reports and feedback on lead generation activities and market intelligence. Qualifications: * Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in B2B sales. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong research and prospecting skills. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools. * Passion for fireworks and a love of sales!
