A growing property management firm is seeking a Leasing Consultant to assist in the daily operation of our new property in San Antonio, TX - Sosa at Palo Alto. Responsibilities of a Leasing Consultant; * Be comfortable touring the property and presenting apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner. * Evaluate clients' requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations. * Validate application information and references. * Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements. * Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically.
