What You 'll Do: * Execute a lead generation levers weekly (Sphere, Open House, Prospecting, Internet Leads, Listing Leads, and/or Team Leads) * Conduct two open houses weekly * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Participate in team activities per team standards * Conduct buyer and seller consultations per team standards * Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your clients * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, organizational trainings, and software and database management trainings * Commit to weekly professional development through neurolinguistics and negotiation training programs Qualifications Who You Are: You have a history of winning and a competitive spirit.
