Blinds by Noon , An interior shutter manufacturer is seeking a energetic and competitive in home design consultant. We're looking for experienced outside sales experts for window treatments such as blinds, shades, and shutters to handle our retail leads regarding our in-home measure and install program. This is an excellent opportunity for independent sales experts to have a reliable source of income. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious in store acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Responsibilities Build Relationships at designated Big Box stores: * Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services * Create a positive image and lead associates to refer us. * Distribute product samples, brochures, training tools etc. to source new sales opportunities * Identify interest and understand associates needs * Set up lead generation promotional tables * Report on related information (interest level, questions asked, what store needs to create success) In Home Design Consultant Responsibilities: * Product, sales and customer service * Professional work environment with strong emphasis on teamwork * Industry leading compensation and bonuses * Complete 3 to 4 in-home consultations each day * Offer exceptional customer service and expert design advice * Accurately measure windows and place orders for products * Discuss your job details with installers when necessary * Document all sales communications * Respond to emails and phone calls promptly * Follow up on all leads and pending sales to closure Job Requirements window treatment sales exp is a must (minimum of 3 year's experience) * Ability to manage appointments within a 40-mile radius of assigned retail stores * Flexibility and dependability with schedules, including availability on nights and weekends * Local Travel required * Must have a reliable transportation * Valid driver's license and auto insurance * must be able to pass a background check Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: On the road
