Qualifications Needed: * Must have current, active community association license in the state of Florida * Must have valid drivers license * Must have positive attitude and ability to get things done On-site licensed community association managers needed! Vista currently has a beautiful condominium community in the Seminole county area, and needs an experienced on-site LCAM. The on-site position require at least 1-2 years of prior on-site experience. Major Duties: * Prepare BOD packets and distribute necessary materials for Board meetings * Attend Board meetings per Vista contract * Draft Board meeting minutes and record by digital and paper version * Prepare and distribute necessary notice for Annual membership meeting * Attend Annual membership meeting and draft meeting minutes, gaining Board member approval * File Annual meeting minutes * Prepare annual Budget meeting and distribute necessary materials * Provide monthly management reports for Association(s) * Inspect common areas monthly * Inspect property per contract every month, notating which will receive violation notices * Coordinate and manage special community projects * Assist Board with after hours emergencies Minor Duties: * Communicate and liaise with other departments * File management reports including Meeting Minutes, Management report and Common Area inspection * Coordinate with accounting and administrative teams on special projects, vendors and community communications What Vista looks for: * Strong work ethic * Excellent time management and organization skills * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to work with a team as well as the Board of Directors Vista Community Association Management has been in the industry for more than 30 years and offers strong foundations and guided training plans.
