Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers via phone to ensure their satisfaction, address their needs, and promote our products and services. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, enhancing their overall experience with Ritchey Automotive Group. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on their recent purchases, service appointments, and overall satisfaction. * Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. * Provide information about our products, services, and promotions to enhance customer knowledge and engagement. * Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services based on customer needs. * Document and update customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and resolve any issues. * Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. Achieve individual and team performance goals. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the automotive industry. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. * High level of attention to detail and accuracy. * Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
