What You 'll Do: As a Wireless Consultant, you'll be a key player in delivering world-class service, solving problems, and connecting customers with the best wireless solutions. Daily responsibilities include: * Greeting every customer with energy, confidence, and purpose * Uncovering needs through great questions and offering tailored Verizon solutions * Achieving and exceeding sales targets using proven processes * Building relationships and following up with customers post-sale * Staying current on Verizon devices, plans, and promotions What We 're Looking For: * 1+ years of sales, customer service, or retail experience (preferred but not required) * Driven personality with a competitive edge * Strong communication skills with confidence and clarity * Coachable, adaptable, and goal-oriented Compensation & Benefits: * $750 Signing Bonus * Base hourly pay + uncapped commission (top reps earn $60k-$80k+) * Sales certification raises - earn up to $3/hour in performance-based increases * Monthly performance bonuses and contests * $500 Employee Referral Bonus - bring great people, get rewarded! * Paid Time Off: * 80 hours PTO granted immediately * Eligible to earn up to 160 hours annually * 6 paid holidays per year * Bereavement Leave * Employee discounts, including: * Up to 50% off Verizon service * Accessory Discounts on the latest tech * Paid training + leadership development * Recognition budget + quarterly team outings Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: In person
