Window and Door Sales Representative - Huge Growth Opportunity in New Construction Market Fort Myers, FL (In-Person) $60,000 - $120,000+ per year (Base + Commission) We are a well-established window and door company looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is packed with opportunity, as we are seeing explosive growth in new construction and home improvement across Florida 's West Coast, especially in areas like Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Naples. We currently have a handful of active projects in the area , and we're looking for someone who can jump in and help manage the workload locally. In addition to supporting ongoing jobs, you'll be given a steady flow of new construction and remodel bid opportunities from contractors, builders, and homeowners. What You'll Do: * Manage both inside and outside sales of windows, doors, and installations. * Work directly with general contractors, builders, and homeowners to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. * Support active local projects and take ownership of new ones as they come in. * Prepare accurate quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close deals. * Oversee the sales process from initial contact through project completion. * Within 6 months, have the opportunity to lead a team of sales reps in your area and report directly to the Regional Sales Manager. What We're Looking For: * Must be self-driven and motivated -- this role is for someone who wants to grow and take ownership. * 1+ year of experience in window and door sales or a related construction field. * Familiarity with impact-rated products like PGT, CGI, WinDoor, Andersen, and ESWINDOWS. * Confident communicator with strong technical knowledge and follow-through. * Able to read blueprints/plans and work effectively with builders and project managers. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF editing tools. * Must have a valid driver 's license. * Ideal candidates are in their 20s or 30s , coachable, and eager to grow with the company.
