This role is focused on driving sales and securing residential roofing contracts. Training in solar sales will be provided for those interested in expanding their skill set. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Acquisition: Generate leads, submit proposals, and close deals to secure residential roofing projects. * Client Management: Serve as an Account Manager, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. * Commission Structure: Earn 12-20% commission with no cap on earnings. * Solar Sales Training: Opportunity to expand into solar sales with comprehensive training provided. * Compliance: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, TIN, or Worker's Permit. Qualifications: * Sales Experience: Any level of sales experience is welcome. * Legal Work Status: Green Card, TIN, or Worker's Permit required. * Customer Service: Strong communication and client management skills.
