Description: WHBQ-TV FOX13 Memphis Local Sales Operations Specialist FOX13 is hiring! FOX13 is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Local Sales Operations Specialist to directly support the FOX13/Imagicomm Communications Advertising Sales Team. As Local Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes from start to finish. We are looking for a self-starter who possesses a can-do attitude, has strong attention to detail, and the ability to take direction. The right candidate will work and learn alongside advertising sales professionals in the ever-changing multi- media sales industry. WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Fully support the Sales Team to ensure television and digital campaigns are launched and executed * Responsible for the lifecycle of campaigns including fulfillment, order entry, management of orders, optimization, and reporting * Assist Sales Team with Research and Data * Develop and maintain Sales and Marketing materials * Communicate with Advertising Agencies and individual clients regarding order details and campaign creative and instructions * Work directly with the FOX13 Traffic Department to ensure television creative is correct and campaigns run error-free * Create and maintain reports for Managers and other duties as assigned.
