What You 'll Do * Lead our sales strategy and execution across USA -- with autonomy and ambition. * Cultivate strong relationships with enterprise and mid-sized businesses across key sectors. * Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-impact BPO solutions. * Represent the company at local business forums, industry events, and strategic roundtables. * Help shape and grow our presence in NZ -- and eventually build a high-performing sales team. Who You Are * A proven sales leader with 8+ years of BPO or outsourcing sales experience. * Known for building trusted relationships and closing complex, high-value deals. * Commercially sharp, values-led, and deeply tuned into the Kiwi business landscape. * A self-starter with entrepreneurial energy -- confident navigating ambiguity and scaling success. * A natural communicator and team player, with a genuine passion for helping businesses thrive.
