Begin the application process with our Evaluation test Employment Type: * Full Time Featured Benefits: * Medical Insurance * Vision Insurance * Dental Insurance * 401K * Disability Insurance About the Position: * Works closely with brokers and clients to assist in providing a line of communication with the carriers to solve complex issues. * Responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, providing customer service and monitoring competition. * Assists clients and brokers in navigating insurance policies and regulations to ensure proper protocol is followed. * Continuously meet the needs of clients through the analysis of their current health platform, and by providing recommendations on solutions that would best meet their needs. * Analyze complex claims issues to ensure all information is accurate in order to best represent the client and their employees. * Maintains detailed records of the policies sold and customer details. * Assesses the needs of clients to ensure they are in compliance with state laws.
