In this partnership, we have created a team of dedicated and driven professionals to take care of new customer acquisition and community outreach campaigns to support Frontier's expansion efforts in the market of Camarillo. We are seeking new individuals to join our team to be part of this exciting expansion effort and join us as a Frontier Sales Specialist. The Frontier Sales Specialist is responsible for driving new customer acquisition through direct engagement, delivering tailored solutions, and representing Frontier's telecommunications services with expertise and enthusiasm. What does a typical day look like for the Frontier Sales Specialist? * Directly engage with new and existing customers, creating conversations about their current telecommunications needs, and offer Frontier's products and services as a tailored solution to these needs. * Establish rapport and build relationships that will convert into long-time customers, driving brand loyalty, support sales efforts and drive company growth. * Walk customers through the Sales process, address concerns and handle sensitive information with respect and professionalism, setting a positive experience for the customer, increasing long-term satisfaction and retention. * Create accurate reports of sales transactions, customer interactions, and customer feedback for future reference, looking for opportunities to grow and create better customer engagement campaigns. * Participate in organizational trainings, collaborating with senior and upper management to share best practices, provide customer insights and ensure a seamless experience for customers. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $916.34 - $1,103.55 per week Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Performance bonus * Uncapped commission * Weekly bonus Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
