Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients. You will engage in business development activities, focusing on B2B sales, and leverage your expertise to deliver product demonstrations and technical sales presentations. Your ability to analyze market trends and generate leads will be crucial in achieving sales targets. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling. * Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on market penetration and customer engagement. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. * Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility. Skills * Proven experience in business development with a focus on B2B sales. * Strong background in retail sales or technical sales is preferred. * Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs. * Proficient in lead generation techniques and strategies. * Experience with inside sales processes is a plus. * Ability to deliver compelling product demos that effectively communicate value propositions. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing customer relationships. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. * Bilingual (Spanish) and mechanical knowledge a plus * Able to pass a DOT Physical (non-CDL) * Able to drive with a pickup truck and trailer to move equipment. * Able to pass a background check to get onto secure facilities.
