We are seeking a leasing consultant for our property management company. The applicant must be customer service minded with computer experience. The consultant would assist perspective tenants with applications, fill out leases, schedule maintenance staff, coordinate different vendors to get the apartments ready for rental, and ensure the apartments are ready to be viewed by perspective tenants. The consultant would also accept rent payments, send out letters to current tenants and assist management with other tasks as needed. We are seeking someone who is self motivated and can provide these services in a professional and courteous manner. with a willingness to work in either 1 or our locations in Smyrna or Murfreesboro.
