What You 'll Do * Meet with architects, designers, and real estate professionals to discuss upcoming remodels and new build opportunities * Conduct on-site consultations to assess project needs, goals, and feasibility * Educate clients on our buyers journey and sales process * Collaborate with Pre-Construction, Project Management, and our VP of Construction to develop and deliver accurate proposals * Present proposals, timelines, and budgets with clarity and confidence * Proactively generate and nurture leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach * Engage in outbound sales activities (cold calling, emails, in-person drop-ins) * Manage and track your pipeline in our CRM * Participate in job walks, client meetings, and industry events to expand visibility and connection What We 're Looking For * 3+ years of experience in sales (luxury construction, remodeling, or real estate preferred) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build trust and rapport with high-end clientele * Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment * Familiarity with residential construction materials, scopes, and timelines is a plus * Commercial construction experience is a strong plus * Estimating experience or understanding of construction pricing is a bonus * Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot experience preferred) * Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary : $65,000 - $80,000/year (DOE) * On-Target Earnings : $115,000 - $130,000 (uncapped commissions for position) * Company Vehicle Provided * 401(k) with up to 4% employer match * Paid time off and holidays * Health, dental, and vision insurance available * Opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing company * Collaborative and design-focused team culture that works closely with top-tier architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals Job Type: Full-time Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: * Scottsdale, AZ 85260 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Scottsdale, AZ 85260: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Scottsdale, AZ 85260
