Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative for our roofing company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining our company's reputation for excellent service. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations. * Maintain etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns over the phone and /or in person. * Roof inspections * Insurance consulting * Travel is required for this position to and from customers residence. * Applicant must have reliable transportation. Experience * Previous experience in sales is preferred, particularly in the roofing industry but not required. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer engagement. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure is highly valued.
