As a Sales Representative, you will interact with customers to help guide them in their vehicle purchase by understanding their needs and interests, maintaining a good client database, meeting new customers, coordinating test drives, assisting with trade-in value and negotiating vehicle costs. Responsibilities: * Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, while matching them to the most appropriate vehicle * Set monthly goals at the beginning of the month * Understanding the characteristics, capabilities and features of all inventories and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models * Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features * Building rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future * Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them * Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed * Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets and goals * Aid with sourcing, auctions, and trades for our used vehicle inventory * Work with management in ensuring that the lot is properly merchandised to optimize sales Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous automotive sales experience is a PLUS * Professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude * Ability to be competitive while maintain the client's best interests * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Capability of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales program * Passion for sales and customer satisfaction * Valid driver's license, satisfactory background check results and clean driving record *We are an equal opportunity employer.
