Leasing Consultant - AMLI Littleton Village Are you a customer service pro with a passion for helping people find their perfect home? AMLI Littleton Village is looking for a dynamic Leasing Consultant with strong sales skills and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service. In this role, you'll handle apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals while building strong, service-focused relationships with our residents. You'll also have the opportunity to showcase your marketing skills by planning resident events and driving community engagement. What You'll Do: * Engage with prospective and current residents to maximize property occupancy * Generate leads, qualify prospects, and lease apartments * Prepare lease documentation and facilitate a seamless move-in process * Plan and host resident events to foster community * Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint Compensation & Benefits: We value our team members and offer a competitive compensation package, including: * $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience) * Average 40% additional earnings in leasing bonuses and awards * Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage * 401(k) with company match * Life insurance & long-term disability coverage * Apartment rent discounts * Tuition reimbursement * Paid time off (vacation, personal, sick, and company holidays) * Ongoing training and professional development What We're Looking For: * Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people * Experience in customer service, sales, retail, food service, or leasing (a plus but not required) * High school diploma/GED required; college education is a plus * Saturday availability required (We are closed on Sundays!)
