Who You Are: We are searching for an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to add to our team. In this role, you will produce new sales leads to the sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and setting meetings for Account Executives across North America. The SDR plays a key role in growing AcquireUp's business. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-growing company and gain extensive experience and knowledge working closely with sales leaders, account executives and other revenue team members. How You 'll Contribute: * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets, KPI's, OKR's * History of lead generation or sales development. * Power user of Hubspot and CRM * A self-starter with a proven track record of success and tenacity * Excellent communication, qualification, and objection handling skills * Positive and energetic phone presence, excellent listening and strong written communications skills * Team player who is truly passionate about marketing, world class client experiences, software and technology * Innate hunger, self-motivation, and strong work ethic * Organized and process driven * Able to pivot as our products evolve and adjust messaging as industry trends evolve * Diligently and professionally contact Marketing Qualified Leads and Sales Qualified Leads generated by our Key Accounts and Marketing teams * Research prospective clients and acquire high-level contacts leveraging third-party databases and social networking sites * Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales ready leads and opportunities from lead generation activities and outbound cold calling into targeted accounts * Interact with prospects via telephone and email to uncover pain points, identify opportunities and generate interest What You 'll Need: * Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience * Possess an outgoing, enthusiastic and positive attitude * Previous experience in business development, sales or account management * 1+ year of experience in Financial Services is preferred * Ability to proactively address and find solutions to client related issues * Exceptional written and oral communication skills * Previous experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing and team-oriented environment Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * Day shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Performance bonus Ability to Commute: * Troy, MI 48084 (Required) Work Location: In person
