As a privately owned company with over 75,000 units across 22 states, we rank as the 9th largest multifamily owner in the U.S. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact--apply today! *Your Role & Impact: As a Senior Site Analyst , you'll play a critical role in evaluating and improving underperforming properties , ensuring they meet and exceed operational goals. You will work closely with Asset Managers and Regional Managers to implement best practices, mentor staff, and enhance site performance. Key Responsibilities: * Manage maintenance operations, including turn scheduling and work order assignments * Audit lease files and application screening processes * Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring on-site staff * Oversee leasing performance, follow-ups, and closing strategies * Ensure best practices in rent collection and lease renewals * Set and implement performance goals for assigned properties * Identify and support high-performing team members, addressing underperformance as needed * Manage vendors and oversee special projects * Audit purchasing to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with preferred items * Implement corporate service initiatives at assigned properties * Support day-to-day operations, directing and assisting site employees * Serve as an interim property manager when required * Communicate progress effectively through reports, calls, and meetings What You Bring to the Table: * 3-5 years of experience in the multifamily industry * 2+ years in a leadership or management role * Ability to commit to 6-month on-site assignments , throughout our nationwide portfolio (employer provided housing while on assignment) * Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software * Strong Excel and data analysis skills * Basic knowledge of property maintenance needs * Excellent customer service and team collaboration skills * Strong time management and organizational abilities * Ability to work independently , manage multiple tasks, and drive results * _Benefits:_ * $85,000 - $95,000 Annual Compensation DOE * Bonus Potential: 5-10% of property NOI improvement YOY with 50% paid monthly and 50% paid at the conclusion of assignments. * 100% Employer Provided Housing (While on Assignment) * Annual performance-based raises (up to 5%) * $45/month medical insurance for employees (Blue Cross) * Free basic dental and life insurance for employees * Vision and other optional plans (including family coverage) * 401k planning with a company match of up to 3% * Paid holidays, PTO, and sabbatical programs * Free skiing at Monarch Mountain for you and your immediate household * Discounts at partnered companies like Verizon, Expedia, and Office Depot * 20% rent discount at any Monarch-owned community * Paid additional training/school programs * Tuition reimbursement * $500-$1,000 employee referral bonus program Why Monarch?
