LOCATION: Smoky Mountain Farmers Co-op - Sevierville, TN * JOB DESCRIPTION: Smoky Mountain Farmers Co-op is seeking a dependable and hard-working individual to join our team as a Fuel Kiosk Sales Associate at our Sevierville location. This part-time position offers approximately 25-28 hours per week, primarily covering afternoon shifts from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM, with some weekend availability required. The Fuel Kiosk Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers with fuel purchases, answering phone calls, taking bulk fuel orders, and maintaining a clean and organized kiosk and fueling area. * ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Settle and record daily fuel sales * Answer incoming calls in a professional manner * Take and process bulk fuel orders accurately * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fuel kiosk and surrounding pump area * Provide friendly and efficient customer service * May be asked to perform other duties as assigned * QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively independantly as well as within a team * Attention to detail * Must be dependable and punctual * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic * EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQURIEMENTS: * High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required) * Previous experience in retail, customer service, or fuel service a plus * PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee or with reasonable accommodation to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. * Ability to move around the facility and grounds without assistance * Ability to repeatedly bend, crouch, kneel, stand, reach, grasp, crawl, walk, lift, push, pull, or climb
