Lehigh Valley 4 Rent is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Investment and Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment property sales, leasing, exceptional communication abilities, and a solid understanding of housing laws and fair housing regulations. This role is vital for attracting and retaining owner's and tenants, and ensuring that our properties are listed, sold and/or leased efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: * Investment Agents: Procure new clients and assist current clients through purchasing investment properties. * Tenant Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current tenants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication. * Property Tours: Conduct property tours for potential tenants, highlighting key features and answering questions about available units. * Lease Management: Guide prospective tenants through the application and leasing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly. * Sales & Marketing: Promote vacant units through advertising, online listings, and social media to attract quality tenants. * Compliance: Stay up-to-date on local housing laws, fair housing regulations, and property management procedures to ensure legal compliance in all activities. Skills and Qualifications: * Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively interact with tenants, property owners, and prospective renters, ensuring clear and professional communication. * Knowledge of Housing Laws & Fair Housing Regulations: Familiarity with local housing laws and regulations to ensure compliance and protect tenant and owner rights. * Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records of tenants, lease agreements, and property details. * Sales Skills: Experience in closing deals and attracting quality tenants to properties through effective leasing strategies and tours. * Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address tenant concerns promptly and find solutions to any property-related issues. * Proficiency in Leasing Software and G Suite: Experience with leasing software Appfolio and proficiency in G Suite tools to handle administrative tasks, record-keeping, and marketing efforts.
