Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property leasing processes, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants. This position requires strong customer service skills and strives to make residents feel welcome and comfortable in the community. Responsibilities * Assist prospective tenants in finding suitable rental properties by providing detailed information and conducting property tours. * Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. * Capable of making and closing sales. * Actively coordinate all lease renewals. This includes contacting residents and scheduling resident appointments to discuss renewal rates and leasing options * Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and conflict management, addressing tenant concerns promptly. * Must possess a positive team-building attitude * Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and upkeep of the premises. * Utilize customer relationship management tools to track leads, manage tenant interactions, and maintain accurate records. * Provide administrative support including preparing lease agreements, processing applications, and maintaining organized files. * Assist with social media advertising for the property. Requirements * Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong conflict management skills with the ability to resolve tenant issues professionally. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. * Familiarity with property maintenance processes is a plus. * Proficient in administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation. * Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and tenants. * Minimum travel for job training. * A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to promote properties effectively will enhance success in this position. * Must be fluent in English, multilingual a plus Join our team as a Leasing Agent and contribute to creating positive living experiences for our residents while developing your career in the real estate industry!
