Your Responsibilities * Promote brand awareness by offering additional products and services to meet customer needs * Promote the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct through demonstrated individual performance * Experience upselling/increasing customer benefits/rebuttal/save the sale/conversion metrics * Ability to proactively address customer needs in a timely manner * Maturity and a hunger for success required * Ability adapt and adjust to change in a positive manner * Competitive attitude and drive for results while showing motivation and a demonstrated passion for the brand * Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or other management * Thrive as a team player in a fast paced, high energy, change oriented environment * Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to including, but not limited to Security, HR, Operations, etc., and that any known infractions are communicated to the proper management immediately We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. * Must be at least 18 years old * High school diploma or GED required * Minimum requirement of intermediate Microsoft Office skills (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) * 6 months experience in customer service preferred * Typing speed of 25 WPM required * Strong verbal, listening and written communications skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills required * Excellent attendance history is required * Must pass mandatory background checks which may include pre-screenings, illegal drug tests and a credit check
