Sales and Leasing Consultant Zeigler Subaru is a premier auto dealership dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a wide selection of quality vehicles. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong desire to help customers find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs in a friendly and professional manner. * Provide product information and assist customers in the selection of vehicles. * Demonstrate vehicles, including features and benefits, and conduct test drives. * Negotiate lease and purchase agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, promotions, and financing options. * Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership goals and objectives. Qualifications: * Previous experience in automotive sales or leasing preferred but not required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. * Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help others. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check.
