Director of Transportation/ Route Sales BI-LINGUAL SPANISH We need to add a Director of Transportation who has both knowledge and skills in the development of, management of and measurement of the Transportation aspects of getting our product to market. The ideal person will be planning oriented self-motivated paying attention to the needs of our customers for timely delivery of a fresh food item while at the same time developing our staff in both customer development and on time product delivery. If you understand logistics, the need for effective customer interface and the skills to educate our sales employees this can be an excellent opportunity for you. We need a person who understands Route Sales delivery policies, practices and can develop both supervisors and employees in effective management of their responsibilities. We nee a person who knows how to manage a transportation organization We need a person who knows how to effectively interface with customers We need a person who has the knowledge and skill to motivate a work force working under his/her direction We need as person who can develop supervision of the Transportation organization We need a manager who utilizes metrics in the analysis of the organization effectiveness We are located in Chicago, have a successful business and want to bring in management who can take us to the next level in our successful growth.
