Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling insurance products to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping individuals secure their financial future through insurance solutions. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, including telemarketing and outside sales efforts. Duties * Engage with potential clients through telemarketing and in-person meetings to promote insurance products. * Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA guidelines. Experience * Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales or a related field such as retail sales or outside sales. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients. * Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and strategies is advantageous. * A solid understanding of the insurance market and products is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
