This approach has allowed us to grow our client and customer base, and we are now looking for a new entry level Client Account Manager to join our dynamic team! We are seeking a motivated, results-driven entry level Client Account Manager to manage and nurture relationships with our customers while ensuring the successful delivery of our sales services and customer service solutions. As an entry level Client Account Manager, you will be at the center of our customer relationships, ensuring that each customer's needs are met promptly and with professionalism, exceptional sales service, and empathetic customer care. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts, overseeing all aspects of the sales pipeline from initial contact to past the point of activation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, human resources, and management, to ensure our clients' expectations are met. You will be responsible for driving account and sales growth, ensuring the overall success of client accounts. Responsibilities of an entry level Client Account Manager: * Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships, utilizing a face to face approach in order to increase customer engagement * Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing client accounts and work closely with sales teams to close additional revenue opportunities * Participate in the development and execution of sales presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of available products that meet specific customer needs * Track and monitor key performance metrics such as sales numbers, customer service metrics, and customer retention rates to identify areas for improvement * Abide by all company compliance policies when handling sensitive customer information to ensure all transactions meet legal privacy regulations and requirements Qualifications of an entry level Client Account Manager: * A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred * Prior experience in sales, customer service, and/or account management is a plus * Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively * Proactive, able to take independent initiative when needed * Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $51,571.00 - $56,719.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In personNFS Solutions Inc.
