With nearly 100 locations and $525M in annual revenue, we're rapidly expanding and looking for a strategic, hands-on digital leader to drive our paid search performance to the next level. * About the Role The Regional Sales Field Trainer is responsible for delivering training programs to sales teams to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall performance. This role involves traveling to various locations to provide on-site training and in-field training. The Regional Sales Field Trainer reports directly to the National Sales Manager while maintaining key stakeholder relationships to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives. * Work Environment: * Primary Location: Company headquarters or designated regional office. * Travel Locations: Various company locations as required for training. * Work Hours: Standard full-time hours with flexibility for travel; some evening and weekend work may be required to accommodate training schedules. Work Location and Hours: * Erie Sales Representatives work in various residential locations within the designated sales territory. Appointments are typically scheduled for early afternoons and evenings, with opportunities available six days a week. Representatives typically work five days a week, with flexibility required to accommodate customer availability. Key Responsibilities * Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver on-site and in-field training sessions for sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices. * Assess Training Needs: Evaluate the training requirements of sales teams through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis. * Provide Feedback and Coaching: Offer constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their performance. * Collaborate on Training Programs: Work with the National Sales Manager to design and implement effective training programs. * Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs using metrics and feedback. * Support Onboarding and Development: Assist with the onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing development support for sales staff. * Travel for Training: Travel to various locations as necessary to conduct in-field training sessions. * Champion Core Values: Advocate for and embody the core values of Erie Home. Job-Related Demands: * Standing and walking for extended periods during training and sales presentations and appointments. * Lifting and carrying demonstration materials, product samples, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. * Climbing stairs and navigating various residential environments, including uneven terrain and narrow pathways. * Operating a vehicle for travel between appointments requiring the ability to drive safely and maintain focus for extended periods. * Manual dexterity and coordination for demonstrating product features, handling paperwork, and using electronic devices. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in various environments, including noisy or crowded settings, without strain or discomfort. * Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, customer needs, and work conditions while maintaining professionalism and composure. * Must be able to process multiple points of information and work within multiple computer software applications at the same time. * Other duties may be necessary as required to meet the needs of the organization Requirements Requirements * Experience: 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: home services sales, multiple field location sales, a senior-level position with sales management * Sales Success: Consistent track record of performance and exceeding sales targets * Leading and Motivation: Demonstrated success in developing high-performing sales reps with a strong ability to motivate and coach to produce next-level development and results. * Accountability: High regard for being personally accountable, as well as the ability to hold others accountable. * Communications: Outstanding communicator with exceptional people-to-people skills; persuasive presenter with strong public speaking skills * Training: Ability to engage, inspire, teach, and develop others through training. * Digital Literacy: Proficient in all internal CRM systems, including Sales Force, and MS Office. * Other: Ability to travel overnight up to 50%-60% of the time. Work Eligibility: * Employees must be eligible to work legally in the United States and in the designated sales territory.
