We have an immediate need for highly motivated individuals with a desire to succeed! The Business Development Center (BDC) requires individuals who are self starters, ethical, and driven. Qualified applicants will build relationships with current and potential customers over the phone and email by answering inquiries, and cultivating business, and setting appointments, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. The ability to switch tasks seamlessly, communicate effectively, and maintain professionalism at all times is key. JOB DUTIES Facilitate primarily outbound and some inbound calls Meet daily appointment goal as an individual and team* Complete training regarding our bands' product lines and departmental procedures* Assist customers by answering inquiries (received through phone, email, and online) * Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions including running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork * Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales JOB REQUIREMENTS * Call Center Sales experience is preferred but not required * Highly motivated with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service * Drive to succeed in a highly productive sales environment Computer proficiency and professional phone skills * Professional appearance BENEFITS: We offer a competitive benefit package including Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance. 401K, compensated time off, among many other things.
