Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Present and demonstrate products to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits. * Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. * Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive sales. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
