Full description of the position

Purpose: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for an assigned portfolio of customers to target for remote sales development calls. Reaches out to customers to promote new and existing products and services or provide essential account management services. Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Develops connections with customers and participate in sales efforts as part of a larger team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Support legacy TimeCom customers with existing services, additional needs, and renewal processes * Manage the renewal process for existing customers by monitoring Salesforce notifications, advising customers of price increases, P.O. requirements, and establishing billing logistics * Uphold relationships with clients to ensure they remain satisfied, their questions are answered, and needs are met * Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features * Accomplish department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments * Provides first-class sales by answering any questions the consumer might have about a product in a timely manner. * Maintain in-depth product knowledge and educate customers about the products * Acts as a liaison between consumer and manufacturer, communicating expected delivery date * Use data to help customers understand how products can help them achieve their goals * Work with internal departments on recurring billing and invoice requirements * Routing qualified opportunities for the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. * Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed; fill orders by transferring orders to fulfillment. * Perform related duties as assigned within the scope of the position. Education, Work Experience and/or Skill Requirements: * A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. * Previous sales experience in a similar industry is preferred (e.g., technology, retail, real estate) * Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM. * Detail-oriented in maintaining sales documentation, proposals, and communication records to ensure smooth internal operations and customer satisfaction * Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying leads, pursuing opportunities, and closing deals. * Skilled in handling administrative tasks * Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting * Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. * Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.; multilingual a plus but not required. * Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good of the company. Physical Requirements: * Primarily sedentary physical work requiring ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds for the occasional lifting and carrying. * Frequent walking and standing, hand/eye coordination, and the ability to operate computer keyboard and office equipment. * Vision for reading, recording and interpreting information. * Speech communication and hearing to maintain communication with employees and customers. * The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
