Customer Service & Sales Assistant | Immediate Start Our client is actively seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Customer Service & Sales Assistants! In this role, you will play a key part in driving customer satisfaction and enhancing brand presence through engaging, in-store promotional activities. You will be responsible for creating memorable experiences, assisting customers with product information, and supporting the overall success of the retail store. Hours: Full-Time Compensation: Weekly pay with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses Key Responsibilities: * Promotional Activities in a Retail Setting: Develop and execute creative promotions to increase foot traffic, boost sales, and help achieve store targets. * Engage Customers: Provide a warm and friendly shopping experience by interacting with customers, sharing product features, benefits, and promotions. * Product Demonstrations: Showcase products and services through face-to-face interactions, offering hands-on insights into their features. * Distribute Information: Hand out brochures, flyers, or other materials to provide customers with detailed information about current products and promotions. * Customer Education: Share product details, pricing, and special offers with customers, addressing any questions or concerns to ensure they feel confident in their purchases. * Sales Focus: Actively seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to sales goals. * Merchandising Support: Assist in maintaining promotional displays that are well-stocked, visually appealing, and strategically positioned to capture customer attention. * Gather Customer Feedback: Collect insights on customer experiences, preferences, and satisfaction, and communicate this feedback to the management team. * Product Knowledge: Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends to better serve and inform customers. * Team Collaboration: Partner with store staff and management to coordinate promotional efforts, share insights, and work toward common goals. Skills Our Client is Looking For: * Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or promotional marketing is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer interaction. * Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced retail setting. * Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. * Familiarity with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
