Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and positioning Urban Express Charter as the go-to provider in the transportation industry. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on aggressive new business growth and market expansion. * New Business Development: Personally engage in high-level business development activities, targeting key accounts and high-value prospects to secure long-term contracts. * Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new opportunities for growth. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention. * Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing accurate forecasts and actionable insights to senior management. * Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective go-to-market strategies. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales leadership role, with a strong emphasis on new business development. * Demonstrated success in leading and growing a sales team, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. * In-depth understanding of the transportation industry or related sectors is highly desirable. * Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills. * Strong ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly. * Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
