Job Summary Summary Responsible for assisting organizations in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities through strategic planning, market analysis, and innovative solutions. Also works closely with clients to understand their business objectives, assess market trends, and develop customized strategies that drive revenue growth, foster innovation, and enhance competitiveness. Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions * Collaborate with clients to develop and implement business development strategies that align with their goals, market conditions, and competitive landscape. * Conduct comprehensive market research, including competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and industry trends, to identify new business opportunities and target markets. * Facilitate innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and develop new products, services, or processes that differentiate the client's business. * Assist clients in developing strategic plans, including setting goals, defining key performance indicators, and creating implementation roadmaps. * Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, collaborations, and strategic alliances that can support the client's business growth and innovation objectives. * Develop financial models, revenue projections, and business cases to support decision-making and investment opportunities. * Oversee and coordinate the implementation of business development and innovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree Business Administration required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required or Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience Business Development Experience 3-5 years required and Market Analysis Experience 2-3 years required and Strategic Planning Experience 3-5 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Strong understanding of business development strategies, market analysis techniques, and innovation frameworks. * Proficiency in financial analysis, including developing financial models, conducting cost-benefit analysis, and assessing return on investment. * Familiarity with emerging technologies, digital transformation, and disruptive trends that impact business growth and innovation. * Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts to clients and stakeholders. * Collaborative and client-focused mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable strategies.
