Job Description Job Title: Solar Sales Representative Company: META Power Position Overview: META Power is looking for motivated Solar Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. This role offers the potential for significant earnings in the rapidly growing solar energy market, supported by a strong commission structure and the opportunity to work on various home improvement projects, including roofing and remodels. Compensation & Commission Structure: * Commission Payment: Earn commissions after the successful installation of the solar system or related home improvement projects. * Installations completed by Wednesday are paid the same week on Friday. * Installations completed after Wednesday are paid the following Friday. * Quotas & Bonuses: * Traditional Role: Minimum of 3 deals per month. * Management Role: Minimum of 10 deals per month. * Bonus Structure: * 5 deals/month: Bonus. * 7 deals/month: Additional bonus,(details provided upon hiring). * 10 deals/month: Additional Bonus (All Bonus Retroactive). Job Responsibilities: * Sales Quota: Meet or exceed a minimum of 3 deals per month for traditional roles or 10 deals per month for management roles. * Integrity: Uphold META Power's brand integrity through: * Wearing the company logo during working hours. * Contribute to a positive and professional brand image. * Site Survey & Design Process: * A site audit is conducted 1-2 days after contract signing to ensure accurate design and installation.
