Dominion Realty is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Property Manager to lead the winning team at Stafford Pointe Apartments in Plainfield, IN. Stafford Pointe is a 2 phased, 378 unit conventional community with a long history of excellence. The ideal candidate will continue that trend while managing an onsite team with a combined 70+ years experience! Qualified Applicants: * Must have at least five (5) years of residential property management experience. * Must have strong communication and people management skills. * Must be very organized, efficient, and detail-oriented. * Must demonstrate strong financial and analytical abilities. * Must have the ability and motivation to work independently. Experience in Realpage products, including OneSite a plus.
