Duties * Engage with customers to assess their automotive needs and preferences. * Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits. * Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential buyers. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using sales support software. * Collaborate with inventory management to ensure availability of vehicles that meet customer demands. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process, addressing any questions or concerns. * Utilize retail math skills to assist customers in understanding financing options and payment plans. * Participate in ongoing training to stay current with automotive trends and product knowledge. * Foster relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Requirements * Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong sales management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Proficiency in using sales support software and inventory management systems. * Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for enhancing customer communication. * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Knowledge of retail math principles for effective financial discussions with customers. * A valid driver's license is required.
