General Shale, Inc., the nation's leading brick and masonry materials manufacturer, is seeking a Dispatcher/Inside Sales Representative for our Memphis, TN location. The successful candidate must acquire an in-depth knowledge of General Shale products and interact professionally with customers in a fast-paced sales environment. Responsibilities will include: * Inside sales * Invoicing * Answering the phone * Data entry in SAP computer system * Cash sales * Dispatching trucks * Answering the phone * Data entry in SAP computer system * Liaising with outside sales team Job Requirements: * 2-5 years customer service experience; inside sales experience * Must be a self-starter who possesses excellent PC skills; knowledge of SAP a plus * Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal communications * Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related curriculum preferred We offer competitive compensation as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
