Title: Part-Time Property Runner (Independent Contractor) Servicing: North Metro Atlanta Pay: $20-$30 an hour based on experience Description: We are currently seeking a diligent and responsible individual to join our team as a Property Runner. As a Property Runner, you will be responsible for various tasks related to property maintenance and management, ensuring the properties are well-maintained and in good condition. Key Responsibilities: - Add keys and lockboxes to properties as needed - Conduct regular inspections of properties to check their condition - Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping and checking for cleanliness - Inspect appliances and plumbing for leaks or malfunctions - Ensure all windows are securely locked - Walk the perimeter of the property to identify any potential issues or security concerns - Install and remove real estate signs as required - Collect and forward mail to the appropriate recipients - Handle minor handyman tasks such as changing light bulbs or tightening screws -Document work and completed items with video, photos, and company checklist. -Checking mail at properties and local P.O. boxes. -This position involves frequent driving, walking around residential properties (including stairs and uneven surfaces), and occasionally lifting objects up to 25 pounds. Applicants must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Requirements: - Previous experience in property management, general maintenance or handyman type work is is preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify maintenance issues -3 good references and clean background check. - This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of 20-30 lb - Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively -Truck or SUV will be needed to carry supplies.
