Parvenu Marketing, located in Raleigh, is determined to deliver excellent products and services to our customers and in order to do so we are seeking an Entry Level Account Associate. The Entry Level Account Associate will be an individual with prior experience in account management, customer service and/or sales role. We are looking for an Entry Level Account Associate who can easily step into the world of technology and wireless services and help us revolutionize products easily available. The Entry Level Account Associate will support the sales team in expanding products available to customers locally, managing customer accounts and details, and providing excellent customer service. The Entry Level Account Associate will work closely with other team members, gain continuous development and experience, and create a diverse set of professional relationships. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Associate: * Manage current and new customer accounts for their wireless devices * Present new products and services to customers creating sales opportunities * Ensure customer satisfaction with every customer interaction and service experience * Keep accurate records of sales transactions and sales orders to track sales performance, device delivery and anything else for customers that they may need * Identify customers issues or concerns and offer tailored solutions * Have a strong understanding of all product and service offerings * Stay up to date on all products and services offered in order to effectively assist customers and increase sales opportunities * Work closely with other Entry Level Account Associates to develop and improve sales strategies aimed at boosting sales performance and account management Qualifications of the Entry Level Account Associate: * Experience in sales, account management, retail, customer service, or a related field * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to effectively communicate with the team and clients * Ability to manage time effectively * Ability to work collaboratively in a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
