There will be times where sales trainings etc are held in Roseville office, and where the Roseville team comes to Fairfield. We have seen many fits for this role, but have seen an even higher level of success for prior car salespeople, especially those that did it for a long period of time, and that moved into the finance side. Knowing how to work with our list of lenders is absolutely crucial for making the deals work. Time in sales is NOT important to us, ability to learn fast, and not take no for an answer is what is important to us in this role.
